Susan Crispell

Traffic Manager

With skills ranging from writing and design to photography and scrap booking, Susan brings a wide range of creative and organizational capabilities to Talk. Few would guess that she once envisioned a career as a whale trainer at Sea World - it's what first brought her here from Chattanooga, Tenn. Today, she has Talk staffers jumping through hoops. As Traffic Manager, Susan keeps us on task, on time and on budget.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in creative writing with a concentration in fiction from UNCW. Before joining the Talk team, she spent three years as the graphic designer for a local print shop. Outside the office, Susan loves writing, photography, and teaming up with husband Mark once a week for pub trivia (their team usually wins!) She also serves as a board member for Habitat for Humanity.

One little known fact about Susan is her obsession with paper. She confesses that she often derives just as much joy from the gift-wrap as from the gift inside. At home, Susan enjoys curling up with a good book and her cats Chaucer and Pippin.
